Useful Sport in Your Life
Would you like to play golf? Golf is one of the best exercises that you can do. More and more people take part in it with their inexpensive golf clubs, and lots of store come out, especially the USA. That’s why? I think here are some of the benefits.
Many people who have had heart problems and who are not in the best of health take up golf. Golfing can keep your heart pumping at a good pace depending on the golf terrain. I know many people don’t like them but I’m a big fan of the exercise DVD. Simply because I don’t have to get my flab out in public and worry about getting sweaty. Plus I don’t always have the luxury of a babysitter.

I do half an hour of Davina McCall (yes, OK some people hate her, but her workouts are really excellent) in the evening after putting the kids to bed because that’s the only time I’ve got. I do half an hour most nights, sometimes I skip (especially in the 35 degree heat) but I always aim to do 4 or 5 times a week.

And it works. That combined with calorie counting has lost me 10 kilos since March.

I used to run a lot when I was younger, and I would do that too, but these days with the kids it’s easier to do something that doesn’t involve leaving the house.
