Improvement services providers

By submitting an application to the directory of improvement services providers published on this website, You agree:

1. to confirm that the information given is correct.
2. to have read the code of practice for listed suppliers and agree to abide by it.
3. to authorise FTT to publish the information in this application form to list the services you/your organisation offer.
4. to accept that FTT have the right to make the final decision about listing you/your organisation and that FTT will not necessarily give reasons for its decisions in this respect.

You also understand that:

1. these requirements apply to every listed organisation or individual consultant.
2. any advice offered to a provider shall not incur any liability or legal responsibility for FTT, whether such advice is accepted, implemented or rejected by the provider.
3. the selection of the supplier is the sole responsibility of providers; no guarantee can be given that work will be awarded to you/your organisation and that neither FTT nor the providers will give reasons for their decisions.
4. FTT will carry out spot checks on applications, requesting evidence of information provided herewith, and any false information supplied will automatically result in disqualification should this be discovered subsequent to publication in the Directory.
5. the information you supply will be held on a database available to anyone accessing the portal. The data will be shared if you/your organisation is selected for the provision of any improvement service.
6. providers who select you/your organisation to deliver improvement services will be invited to give feedback on the services you/your organisation provided by rating and commenting on their level of satisfaction.
7. the data you have provided in the application form will not be used for any other purpose than that stated above.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability

The following provisions may be curtailed or disallowed by the laws of certain jurisdictions.  In such case, the terms hereof are to be read as excluding or limiting such term so as to satisfy such law.

Accuracy and suitability of information
